Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed and shipped within two (2) business days of purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Carrier

We ship all orders via United States Postal Service (USPS).

Once your order has been handed off to USPS, delivery timelines are outside of our control and may vary based on:

  • Destination

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Peak shipping periods

Estimated delivery times provided by USPS are not guaranteed and should be considered estimates only.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the USPS system.

Delays & Carrier Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, incorrect address information provided at checkout, or circumstances beyond our control. If a package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, we recommend first contacting USPS directly using the provided tracking number.
